Greg Anderson
Inspiration Point Christian Camp & Retreat CenterGreg has served at Inspiration Point since 1990, currently as the Director of Ministry Advancement. For the past 36 years, Greg has dedicated his life to making disciples, especially among young adults. They carry those skills far beyond the grounds of Inspiration Point as pastors and parents, missionaries and mentors, and as leaders and servants.
Andy Coyle
Home Missions / AFLCPastor Andy Coyle serves as AFLC Home Missions Director. Before serving in this position, Andy has previously served in a variety of mission roles that have deeply shaped him. He served as a church planter at Shiloh Free Lutheran, Rapid City, SD from 2015-2024. He also served as a missionary in Ukraine (2011-2015) and as a pastor in rural Iowa (2008-2011). He holds an M.Div. from the Association Free Lutheran Theological Seminary, Plymouth, MN.
Sean Cronin
Passion for PlantingSean trains church planters with Passion for Planting. He helps equip church planters across the nation to start healthy, multiplying churches. For Sean, disciple-making isn't just a strategy for church leaders—it's a lifestyle. Sean is a graduate of Ozark Christian College and Cincinnati Bible Seminary.
Chris Flathers
Multiply GroupCalled to multiply disciples, leaders, and churches, Chris has been in pastoral ministry for over a decade in a variety of roles and church sizes. Currently, Chris serves as the Lead Pastor at Connect Church, which he planted in the fall of 2019. Since 2019, Chris has also worked with Multiply Group to come alongside churches to help them develop an intentional leadership development strategy.
Alan Johnson
Regeneration ChurchAlan is the Pastor of Regeneration Church in Sammamish, WA (since 2017). He previously served at Maple Park Church in Lynnwood, WA as Director of Youth Ministries. Alan received his D.Min. from Fuller Theological Seminary in the area of Spiritual Formation.
Brandon Pangman
North American Mission / CLBBrandon was introduced to Jesus when a stranger walked up and proclaimed Jesus to him. Brandon currently serves as Director of North American Mission for the Church of the Lutheran Brethren. Brandon has a degree in Business from Northwestern University and a Master of Divinity from Lutheran Brethren Seminary.
Jay Pathak
Pastor, Author, and SpeakerJay is the lead pastor of Mile High Vineyard Church, and the author of The Art of Neighboring. Jay is a graduate of Ohio State University with a BA in philosophy and a graduate of the Vineyard Leadership Institute. Currently he serves on the National Board of Vineyard USA.
Doug Rogness
Triumph Lutheran Brethren ChurchDoug Rogness is the Lead Pastor of Triumph Church, a multi-site congregation in Moorhead, MN and West Fargo, ND. He's passionate about helping people take real steps in following Jesus and growing as disciples who make disciples. Before pastoral ministry, Doug spent years in the business world, which shapes how he communicates and connects with people from different walks of life.
